David Fincher’s “Mank” celebrates the Golden Age of Hollywood in its style, performances, and even sound design. The Art Directors Guild celebrated the film’s technical achievements by naming its production design the best for a Period Feature Film. “Tenet” picked up the win for Fantasy Feature Film and “Da 5 Bloods” earned Best Contemporary Feature Film. Both “Mank” and “Tenet” are in the running for the Best Production Design Academy Award.

In addition to the competitive categories, lifetime achievement honors were bestowed on Emmy-winning production designer Stuart Wurtzel. The Illustrators and Matte Artists Council honored John Eaves. The Scenic, Title and Graphic Artists Council celebrated scenic artist Patrick DeGreve and the Set Designers and Model Makers Council awarded set designer Martha Johnston with a lifetime honor.
