Scottie Knollin, Co-Founder, Press/Filmmaker
Scottie Knollin was born and raised in Atlanta. His early film industry experience was on film/TV projects based in Atlanta, including “The Blind Side,” “Due Date,” “The Walking Dead” and “The Vampire Diaries.”
In 2008, he started the film-focused website All The Hits So Far. His film reviews and awards season coverage have been published in several regional and national outlets. He maintains active membership in the Georgia Film Critics Association.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Knollin continued to work on digital marketing campaigns for media companies and independent film studios. An avid traveler, he’s published two books about life on the West Coast and traveling across America.
In 2018, he relocated to Fargo. He is an alumnus of the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2020, a jurist for the 2021 and 2022 Fargo Film Festival, and an Advisory Board Member of the North Dakota Human Rights Film Festival. In 2020, he was accepted as a North Dakota Change Network cohort member. Additionally, in 2021, he began tenure as a board member of the Tourism Alliance of Fargo Moorhead and the American Advertising Federation of North Dakota. In 2022, he was a Grant Reviewer for the National Endowment for the Arts.
He is a charter member and founding supporter of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. Film fans in Atlanta can hear him each Friday morning during “The Movie Minute” on B92’s “The David Brock Morning Show.”
