Sean Volk, Programmer/Exhibitor
Sean Volk is a film festival programmer and art administrator. He is a Programmer at Mountainfilm and he is the Narrative Feature Programmer at the Woods Hole Film Festival. Sean works as the Development and Engagement Manager at the Fargo Theatre, a non-profit art house cinema in Fargo, North Dakota. In addition to this role, Sean serves as the Programming Coordinator for the Fargo Film Festival. Sean worked as a Senior Programmer for the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival. He has also programmed for the Nashville Film Festival and he has screened for AFI Docs, AFI Fest, and the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival. Sean completed his MA in Film Studies at Western University in London, Ontario in 2015; his work explored representations of monstrosity in the films of Guillermo del Toro.
